(1) If the application is rejected according to section 15 or if the advertisement is canceled according to sub-section (1) of section 16, the examination fee taken by the commission for such advertisement will be returned to the concerned person.
(2) According to sub-section (1), an application must be submitted to the Commission within the period specified by the Commission to get the examination fee back.
